Tagliatelle represent one of the best-known and tastiest pasta shapes of the Italian gastronomic tradition. This delicious egg pasta format seems to have been specially made to enhance many sauces, from classic ragù to ham and pea ragù, or sausages, mushrooms and many others.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water. May contain traces of NUTS, SULPHITES, MILK, CELERY, FISH.
Cooking time: 3/5 minutes.
Instructions for Use
Cook in plenty of salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days of opening.
Store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4°C.
To be consumed after cooking.
