Val di Mazara PDO extra virgin olive oil comes from Sicilian Biancolilla, Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olive varieties. It has a medium fruity aroma with clear hints of green tomato and fresh herbs. Fruity, velvety and with a sweet aftertaste. Yellow-gold in color, with interesting shades of intense green.
This extra virgin olive oil can be used raw on marinated fish dishes, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes and vegetable soups.
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
