• Aroma: The wine is intensely fragrant, featuring classic floral notes of rose petals and geraniums. These are layered with scents of red fruits like raspberries and cherries, often accompanied by hints of Mediterranean spices, balsamic notes, and light tobacco.
• Palate: It offers a velvety and well-balanced mouthfeel with rich berry flavours and black cherry. While the tannins are firm and mature, they are integrated into a harmonious structure that culminates in a long, dry finish.
• Appearance: In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red colour that may develop garnet hues with age.

• Winemaking: The must undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 7–12 days at 28°C.

• Alcohol Content: 13.5% vol.
