Milanese Risotto, Dehydrated Mix – 175g

This ready-to-cook mix combines high-quality parboiled rice with saffron, a prized spice that imparts the distinctive golden hue characteristic of traditional Milanese risotto.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Pour the contents of the 175g risotto packet into a pan with 650 ml of cold, unsalted water.
2. Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Cook without a lid for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the water is absorbed.
4. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in 20g of butter.
5. Add 15g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy Milanese risotto.
